The Beebe Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Beebe City Hall.
The agenda includes:
• Approval of the May meeting minutes
• A request to rezone property at
809 W. Center Street
along with a conditional use request
• A proposal for a residential development on
South Main Street
consisting of one duplex and two triplexes
